US DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. All orders are processed and shipped from our location within 1-3 business days after the rip 'n' ship event.

SHIPPING METHOD AND COSTS

All orders are fulfilled via USPS (United States Postal Service). Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and delivery location. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the USPS shipping option chosen.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays caused by USPS or other unforeseen events are beyond our control.

LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

If your shipment is delayed or lost, please contact us within [insert number of days, e.g., 7 days] of the expected delivery date so we can work with USPS to resolve the issue.

RETURNS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of our rip 'n' ship events, all sales are final once the packs or boxes have been opened during the live stream. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for opened products.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items along with the packaging for verification. Once verified, we will either replace the item (if available) or issue a store credit.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the request is made before the rip 'n' ship event begins. Once the event has started and your order has been opened, cancellations are not permitted.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

All custom or personalized products are non-refundable. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
