Signature-Required Shipping Upgrade

The incidence of porch-pirate theft is increasing. After USPS marks a package as delivered, Koielctibles cannot be held accountable for any packages that are subsequently lost or stolen. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safety and security of the package upon delivery.

If you suspect the risk of theft, we recommend purchasing a $4 shipping upgrade that mandates USPS to obtain a signature upon delivery. The entire $4 fee goes to USPS, and Koielctibles does not receive any part of it. For all orders valued at $300 or more, this signature upgrade is automatically included at no extra charge to you.

*Please note that shipping insurance does not safeguard against theft. It only covers packages that are lost or damaged during transit and becomes void once a package is marked as delivered. If a package is damaged upon delivery or lost during shipment, Koielctibles offers a full refund or replacement within 24 hours.
